By far one of the BEST family restaurants in Roanoke. Especially if you’re on a budget. The food is affordable, and the experience is priceless. Everything is freshly made, hot and delicious. The entire staff is absolutely incredible!! They go above and beyond. Everyone that works there treats us like family. So kind hearted. My family truly looks forward to having pizza night at y’all’s restaurant. Thank you to the management, and the entire team of hard working crew members at CiCis, for the best and I mean BEST service possible. Y’all are the wonderful. We will be back soon! Much love -D

The atmosphere was very kid friendly. They have some arcade games that my 10 year old enjoyed. They are very understanding that kids make messes. The manager "Tony" was very attentive. At one point he went around to every table there to ask if anyone needed anything. The pizza was hit or miss. You won't be able to find better all you can eat pizza for such a low price anywhere else though. Summary: All in all The atmosphere and service were excellent especially for children. You can definitely find better pizza but not this amount for this price. (Most kids would prefer this pizza over more expensive options).

Under new management since last July I ate there today for only the second time. The pizza was spectacular! My favorite is extra sauce, cheese, Italian sausage, onions and normal jalapeños. They of course cook to order as well as the start of pizzas on display. The half pizza they delivered to my table was so tasty and the crust was much better than the Dom, the Hut or Blaze. And the other slice I had from the buffet, white with spinach and supreme, were also fresh and tasty. I am realizing as I write this how improved their sauce is from years past. The salad bar is simple but fresh and satisfying. There is pasta and soup available. Did I say this is a buffet? You will be well fed at a very reasonable price. If you get the app there are additional bonuses. It is a simple family restaurant and the staff keep the dining area well maintained. Heartily recommend!

Cici's is lucky to have Tony as a GM!! Last month I visited the Lynchburg location and had a horrible experience. There were no paper towels in the restroom, the silverware and dishes were soiled with food, there was only one napkin bin that had napkins, and the entire buffet had dried old pizza. When I brought this to the manager's attention he seemed less than bothered. He was on the phone at the same time as attempting to make pizzas. I tried to explain that at 6:30pm there should be no reason why everything was not fully stocked and fresh. He tried to point me towards the napkin bin that did have napkins dismissing my concern. He then thanked me for sharing my concerns and walked away. I had requested a fresh pizza with the toppings of my choice. He forgot what I had ordered and sent his Assistant manager to take my order again. From what I know David was let go from Bojangles for being the same type of GM. Tony has an amazing staff that is attentive and polite. They care about the cleanliness of their store and give impeccable customer service!! Please send Tony to save Lynchburg. Kudos to you Tony for being an excellent leader and GM🙌

I live in Lynchburg, and my last visit to that location about a month ago was honestly disappointing. There was no toilet paper, no paper towels, and no napkins. We arrived around 6:30 PM during dinner hours, but most of the pizza looked old and had been sitting out for quite a while. The manager spent most of the time on his phone and didn't seem concerned about the condition of the restaurant. The Roanoke location was the complete opposite. We came in around 1:30 PM, and everything was fresh, clean, and well-maintained. The bathrooms were spotless, the pizza was constantly being refreshed, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The difference between the two locations was so noticeable that I felt like I had to leave a review. Tony, the manager, deserves recognition for the job he's doing. You can tell he takes pride in the restaurant and cares about both his customers and his employees. A well-managed restaurant makes all the difference, and it definitely shows here. :::
